We use only premium yarns such as cotton micro piqué and diagonal fleece. Our unique characteristic lies in the Garment Dyed treatment: each garment is sewn and then dyed. This process imparts superior softness and unique color nuances, making each piece a one-of-a-kind item.
Where are your garments made?

The entire UNLIMITED collection is proudly Made in Italy. Each garment is designed in Venice and produced in the best Italian artisan workshops, where sartorial tradition has been handed down for generations.
Are BIANCA sneakers suitable for everyday wear?

Absolutely. Our sneakers are made from nappa calfskin for immediate comfort and feature a Vibram® sole, a global icon of grip and durability. The artisanal stitched construction guarantees superior durability compared to industrially glued sneakers.

2. Garment Care
How should I wash garment-dyed clothes?

Garment dyeing is a natural and artistic process. We recommend washing garments at low temperatures (30°C) with similar colors. For models such as the Bauta polo shirt or the Moretta t-shirt, drying flat and in the shade helps preserve the pique's structure and the intensity of the shades.
Does the Historic piqué shirt require a lot of ironing?

One of the advantages of our cotton piqué is its resilience: the Storica shirt requires minimal ironing. If hung correctly after washing, it maintains an impeccable line with minimal effort.

3. Size and Fit
What is the fit of your clothes like?

Most of our collection, such as the Bauta polo and the Bocolo Bermuda shorts, follow an Italian Regular Fit. It's a balanced fit, designed to follow the body's shape without constricting it, ensuring elegance and freedom of movement.
How do I choose the correct size?

On each product page, you'll find a detailed size guide. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed look or contacting our customer service.

4. Sustainability and Packaging
What's special about UNLIMITED packaging?

Our boxes are designed in Venice to reduce environmental impact. They are made from certified sources and feature a patented self-assembling structure: they can be flattened and stored in minimal space for reuse, avoiding unnecessary waste.
What is meant by "respect for people and the land"?

For us, sustainability is not only environmental but also social. We choose workshops that guarantee the dignity of work and production techniques that minimize water waste, remaining faithful to the values of Venetian manufacturing.

5. Shipping and returns
How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping within Italy usually takes 2-4 working days.

International shipping usually takes 4-6 working days.

Each order is carefully prepared by hand and shipped directly from our warehouses.
Is it possible to make a return?

Certainly. If the garment does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. The product must be returned intact in its original UNLIMITED packaging, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
